The wedge

SAP's own mobile approvals require a platform programme you may not want.

Task Center assumes a move to BTP or RISE — budget, architecture review, a migration plan and a timeline measured in quarters. Workflow Pilot gives your team mobile approvals on the SAP you already run, live in days.

Product

A narrow product, done properly.

Workflow Pilot does one job: it puts SAP work items in front of the right person, wherever they are, and writes the decision back into SAP.

Runs on your existing SAP

Classic ECC and on-premise or private S/4HANA. No SAP BTP subscription, no Task Center, no RISE migration as a prerequisite.

Real SAP decisions

Every approval executes in SAP, as the signed-in user. Release strategies, authorisations and the workflow log all stay server-side where they belong.

Your data stays yours

The app talks directly to your SAP system. Approval data never passes through us, and no SAP credentials are stored on our servers.

Secure by design

Per-user SAP login — no shared technical accounts and no SAP indirect-access exposure — plus biometric unlock with Face ID or fingerprint.

Tiny, focused UI

Document, amount, requester, comments, two buttons. Nothing an approver has to be trained on between meetings.

Live in days

Standard SAP services do the work. There is no custom ABAP to build or maintain just to run a mobile inbox.

How it works

Four steps from kickoff to first approval.

1

Connect to your SAP

We connect the app to your SAP system over your own network using standard services — no new platform, no data replication.

2

Issue an activation code

Your admin generates an organisation activation code from the admin console and shares it with the approvers who need it.

3

Approvers install and sign in

Your team installs the free app, enters the code once, and signs in with their own SAP user. There is no server URL to type.

4

Decide, and it lands in SAP

Approve, reject or send back — the decision is recorded in SAP's own workflow log, exactly as if it were made in the backend.

Phase 1 scope

What you can approve today.

Purchase order release

Release codes, document details, line items, amount and requester — approve or reject against your existing release strategy.

Leave request

Absence type, dates, duration and the requesting employee, decided by the responsible manager in a few seconds.

More workflow types are on the way — invoice approval, purchase requisitions and beyond.

Security & compliance

Named-user authentication. Nothing sensitive on our side.

  • Per-user SAP login, no shared technical accounts
  • TLS with certificate validation
  • Credentials only in the device secure keystore
  • Biometric gate before the inbox opens
  • No third-party analytics, ads or tracking SDKs
  • Approval data never leaves your SAP system
