These terms govern use of the Workflow Pilot mobile application, admin console and website provided by Bluerise Techlead Software Solutions LLC. Where a signed order form or master agreement exists with a customer organisation, that agreement prevails over these terms.
Subject to payment of the applicable subscription and onboarding fees, we grant the customer organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Workflow Pilot for its internal business purposes during the subscription term.
The app is a free download; licensing is per organisation and banded by the number of approvers. Individual users may not sublicense, resell or provide access to third parties.
The customer is responsible for its SAP system, network connectivity, user provisioning, authorisations, release strategies and the accuracy of its workflow configuration.
The customer ensures that each approver uses their own named SAP user and keeps their device and credentials secure.
Approval and business data remain the property of the customer and stay within the customer's SAP system. We do not receive or store that data. Our handling of the limited data we do process is described in the Privacy notice.
Fees comprise an annual subscription banded by approver count and a one-time onboarding fee, as set out in the applicable quote or order form. Fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable except where required by law.
We aim to provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Formal service levels apply only where expressly agreed in an order form. Support is provided by email at support@workflowpilot.app.
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor do we warrant the behaviour of the customer's SAP system or network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by the customer in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Subscriptions run for the agreed term and renew as stated in the order form. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured for thirty days after written notice. On termination, activation codes are revoked and app access ends.
Workflow Pilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by SAP SE. SAP is a trademark of SAP SE. The customer remains responsible for compliance with its own SAP licence agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the applicable order form, or, absent such a statement, the jurisdiction in which Bluerise Techlead Software Solutions LLC is established.
