How the model works
- Annual subscription, banded by approvers. You pay for the number of people who approve in the app, not for every SAP user.
- One-time onboarding fee. Covers connecting the app to your SAP system, activation-code setup and a handover session with your Basis and workflow teams.
- The app itself is free to download. Licensing is per organisation — there are no in-app purchases and no per-download charges.
- No SAP licences resold. Your existing SAP agreement stays untouched; approvers sign in with their own named SAP users.
